Here at The Mole Resort, formerly the High Bullen Hotel, we operate a fantastic resort set in acres of beautiful Devon countryside, jam-packed with delicious food and drink and a whole lot of exciting activities

Your role is to support the kitchen operations by cleaning equipment and areas, adhering to safety regulations and guidance. To provide a speedy and efficient support service to front of house teams making sure equipment is cleaned to a high standard and readily available.

What will I be doing?

As a Kitchen Porter at The Mole, you will perform tasks and follow instructions given to you by a Senior Chef, to ensure a clean and hygienic kitchen. Specifically, you will be responsible for performing the following tasks to the highest standards:

· To assist in maintaining a clean and hygienic kitchen.
