Kitchen Manager

Are you ready to lead the team that fuels the festival? The Kitchen Manager keeps our crew fed, energized, and running strong through fast-paced, high-volume food service.

This full-time, temporary position works on the festival site near Salmo, BC, between June 22 and August 7, 2026.

Roles and Responsibilities

• Assist in executing an overall meal plan for operations with 3 meals per day initially, transitioning to 4 meals per day to accommodate 24-hour work schedules.
• Assess kitchen equipment, report any maintenance or purchases needing to be done.
• Ensure the successful execution of a meal plan within a pre-set budget by effectively managing supplies, equipment, and human resources for the entire kitchen and meal management project.
