Responsibilities

When joining Splitsville Bowl as a Kitchen Manager , you will receive a thorough induction to set you up for success and ensure you are fully trained in our kitchen operations and how the restaurant integrates within the wider Splitsville Bowl centre. You will also be trained in all areas of the busy centre, including the lanes, the bar and the amusements area.

Working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, you will be at the heart of the food experience, leading the kitchen team to deliver consistently high-quality food while supporting the overall guest journey within the centre.
