Salary £39,000 – £42,500 | Fixed‑Term Contract until 3 September 2026.

Responsibilities

• Report to the General Manager and lead the back‑of‑house team.
• Recruit, onboard, coach, and conduct 1:1 sessions with staff; deliver clear pre‑shift briefs.
• Maintain high food standards, ensuring quality and consistency in a fast‑moving environment.
• Manage labour and cost control, stock, and food‑safety compliance using metrics and feedback.
• Identify opportunities for improvement and implement new ideas.
