Key Responsibilities

• Develop and refine recipes for dumplings, dim sums, and related dishes
• Manage food prep, portion control, and daily production volumes
• Ensure kitchen cleanliness, hygiene, and food safety compliance
• Work efficiently in a fast-paced environment with strong teamwork
• Monitor ingredient quality and assist with stock ordering
