- Male
- Must possess a culinary course Certificate or equivalent Bachelor’s Degree
- At least 1 – 2 years experience as Jr. Chef
- Strong background of food safety, inventory, stock forecasting and people management
- Ability to work under pressure
- Flexible and willing to work on shifting schedule and extended hours
