Kitchen & Bathroom Showroom Manager

Are you a driven leader with a passion for sales, design, and customer service? We're looking for a commercially focused Showroom Manager to lead our Kitchen & Bathroom showroom, driving performance, developing a small team, and delivering an outstanding customer experience.

What You’ll Do

• Take ownership of showroom sales and margin targets.
• Generate and convert retail and trade enquiries into orders.
• Provide expert kitchen and bathroom designs (training provided).
• Prepare accurate quotations using Easyquote.
• Manage the customer journey from enquiry through to completion.
• Lead, coach, and motivate the team to achieve targets.
• Ensure all opportunities are followed up and maximised.
• Process and manage orders accurately through to delivery.
• Maintain high showroom standards and a professional environment.
