The Role This position reports directly to Kitchen Lead and is responsible for the production and packaging of edible and ingestible products. The role involves preparing ingredients, operating machinery and ensuring all products meet quality and safety standards in a food-grade environment. Essential Job Functions Ingredient Preparation Accurately weight and measure ingredients according to recipes.Production Operate kitchen equipment and machinery to produce edible and ingestible products.Packaging Package and label finished products in compliance with regulatory and brand standards. Safety Compliance Wear appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE) for all assigned tasks.
