Kitchen Assistant (Yishun)

Looking for a reliable and enthusiastic Kitchen Assistant to support our Nutrition & Food Science (NFS) Department in preparing ingredients and maintaining a clean, safe kitchen environment for students' practical lessons.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and portion ingredients for practical lessons.
• Maintain cleanliness of kitchen laboratories, pantry and equipment.
• Assist with stock checking, grocery deliveries and inventory management (FIFO).
• Support teachers during N-Level/O-Level practical examinations.
• Ensure compliance with food hygiene and kitchen safety standards.

Requirements

• Valid WSQ Food Safety Course Level 1 certificate (formerly Basic Food Hygiene).
• Valid Standard First Aid Certificate.
• Experience in a school, catering or commercial kitchen preferred.
