- Support the Head Cook/Chef and Home Manager in delivering nutritious, high-quality meals.
- Assist with preparation, cooking, and serving of meals in line with dietary needs and preferences.
- Work with care staff to accommodate specialist diets (e.g. diabetic, soft foods, allergies).
- Maintain high standards of cleanliness and organisation in the kitchen area.
- Follow all food hygiene, infection control, and health & safety guidelines.
- Clean equipment and utensils according to schedules and best practices.
