Responsibilities:

• Vegetable & garnish prep
• Dish assembly
• Basic frying/cooking
• Pot-wash and cleaning
• HACCP checks

Qualifications:

• Recent commercial kitchen experience (pub/restaurant/care home OK)
• Reliable & consistent
• Comfortable in a small team
• Interest in Chinese flavours/techniques (bonus)

Hours:

20-35 hours per week; flexible shifts from 11am-3pm or 5pm-9pm, Wednesday to Saturday or Sunday
