Job Description

GENERAL JOB DESCRIPTION
Under direct supervision, as assigned by either the Supervisor or the Team Lead, ensures parts and products are received and warehoused. Serves as the subject matter expert for their assigned area. 
PRIMARY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Verifies all incoming and/or outgoing shipments against bill of lading information for any visible damage. 
Review inbound shipping documents to ensure accuracy. 
Research Root Cause and Document daily inaccurate inventory.
File customers’ orders according to standard operating procedure.
Collaborate with Inventory Control personnel on validating needed adjustments.
Record daily ASN/Receipt issues for both offsite and main Plant.
Correspond daily with vendors and planners on ongoing issues with a supplier.
Work closely with the AP Department (Outstanding vendor issue with payment)
Fix PMC error for COMI/SOMI
