Kit Planning Manager

**What you will do:**

+ Providing leadership and management to kit planning team.
+ Coach, develop and hire new talent within the team.
+ Responsible for the overall team motivation, setting objectives, performance review and development for the organization in their region.
+ Develop and implement the appropriate kit sourcing and build strategy and inventory strategy.
+ Single go to person for related divisions at EU level for kit and consignment inquiries.
+ Budget accountability for European kit Investment and Inventory, including managing of the free stock for kit build in Venlo.
+ Provide direct input, advice, and guidance to the European sales Divisions in relation to the best options for sourcing the Kits and Assets being requested by the divisions.
+ Lead initiatives to shorten time to market for new kit deployment.
+ Lead initiatives together with divisions on a European level balance inventory across the region to optimize service and cost.
