Role Overview

Are you a passionate Kinesiologist dedicated to enhancing the health and well‑being of Canadians? As a Kinesiologist in our Customized Recovery and Return‑to‑Work Program, you will assist clients impacted by injury through their recovery process, work closely with a multidisciplinary team, and support a successful return to work and daily functioning.

Responsibilities

• Perform biomechanical, fitness, and functional assessments under the mentorship and direction of a physiotherapist.
• Design, implement and supervise graded exercise, work conditioning and/or work hardening programs.
• Utilize e‑charting software to document client sessions and submit reports to stakeholders promptly.
• Work cooperatively with clients to set and achieve functional goals.
• Complete functional components of reports for initial, progress and discharge.
