KIHS - Synchronized Courses Teacher

The teacher responsibilities include but not limited to the following:Synchronous - Adult EducationWill provide educational services, following the rules, regulations and guidance in the Ontario Education Act and as set out by the Ontario College of Teachers;Teach synchronized classes in non-traditional times that could include Wednesday, Thursday and Friday evenings and Saturdays from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. The teaching will be conducted using synchronized platforms and interactive white board technology.Deliver synchronized courses during working term;Communicate regularly with students, teachers and KiHS administration about student progress;Work with the Adult Education staff to determine student course needs;Will actively participate in promoting KiHS Adult Education courses throughout the year and at special events as requested by administration; A-Synchronous - KiHS Community ClassroomAvailable to fill-in/travel for a teacher in a northern community in case of emergency, travel is man...
