Directly supervises all Counselors and other team members providing services for children. Assists the Assistant Manager in overseeing the overall operation of the Kids Only facilities to ensure smooth running, responsive, highly personalized, and efficient service. In the absence of the Kids Only Manager reports to the Recreation Manager or the Director of Sports & Leisure.

Key Duties and Responsibilities

• Be present at arrivals and departures to greet the children.
• Welcome, greet, and assist guests with any request, enquiries, and directions.
• Ensure all necessary Welcome/invitation letters, cards, Introduction letters and complimentary arrival kits are always available and ready at appropriate times, according to Kids Only Standard Operation procedures.
• Direct and liaise with the Kids Only Counselors, Babysitters, and attendants.
