Job Summary
As a Keyholder at Levi’s you will be the fundamental link between our products and customers, while supporting and assisting our Stylists in a team‑focused environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver the highest level of customer service through teamwork and live our brand values.
- Support the Store Management team with daily tasks and store duties.
- Motivate, support and encourage the sales team to deliver exceptional customer service and achieve personal targets.
- Offer guidance and direction to the sales team to assist with their development and ensure KPIs are being met.
- Maintain strong visual standards across the store.
- Assist with deliveries and organization of the stock room.
- Open and close the store when senior managers are absent.
- Work 20 hours per week on a contract basis with overtime available.
