Job Description
The Field Sales Specialist is in charge of accounts acquisition and retention, competition monitoring, agency relationship management, and local warehousing.
Responsibilities
- Close sales to reach monthly and annual sales volume targets .
- Creates route plans that balances excellent account management and keeping cost-to-route and cost-per-call within budget.
- Manage relationship with clients/accounts and key agencies in assigned area/s
- Conducts technical/demo selling .
- Tracks competitor activity in order to come up with appropriate sales strategies to gain competitive advantage.
Qualifications
- 1. Bachelor’s degree in any business course
- 2. At least two (2) years of experience in B2B sales is required
- 3. At least two (2) years of experience of making and planning field routing
