The Role

• Oversee the entire order process, ensuring that orders are processed correctly and on time.
• Ensure that customers are correctly parameterised in the system to optimise their experience and facilitate the management of their orders.
• Manage customer claims efficiently, ensuring a quick and satisfactory resolution.
• Demonstrate ability to meet tight deadlines while maintaining high-quality standards.
• Constantly monitor order deliveries and ensure that they arrive on time and in the agreed conditions.
