Key Account Manager

CM Boost Studio is a fast-growing TikTok Live & TikTok Shop Partner agency. We manage brands end-to-end from livestream strategy, host management, content planning, to performance tracking and client reporting.

We're looking for a Key Account Manager (KAM) who can handle clients confidently, understand livestream & TikTok Shop operations, and become the main bridge between clients and our internal team.

Key Responsibilities

• Be the main point of contact for assigned client accounts
• Manage daily communication with clients (updates, meetings, follow-ups)
• Understand client objectives and translate them into livestream & TikTok Shop strategies

• Coordinate with internal teams:

• Live hosts & moderators

• Content & video team

• Operations & backend team

• Monitor livestream performance (GMV, traffic, conversion, slot performance)
