To manage and support the key accounts team in delivering consistent, high-quality service to designated clients. Ensures effective execution of account management activities, strengthens client relationships, and drives delivery against agreed service levels. Contributes to client retention, operational efficiency, and overall service excellence by resolving routine client queries, coordinating internal resources, and maintaining accurate reporting within established policies, procedures, and performance standards.- Drive an Increase in average balance of specific portfolio of assets as defined in the Financial Performance Report of the business.
