Job Description
The Key Account Manager will play a pivotal role in growing and maintaining relationships with our OEM customers. This role combines deep account management with proactive business development, requiring a proven ability to build strategic relationships, identify customer needs, translate them into commercial opportunities and help guide the internal team to meet the customer’s expectations.
Key Responsibilities:
Drive Account Growth
• Develop and execute account strategies to achieve revenue and profitability targets
• Analyze new and existing business opportunities across key customers and identify the critical opportunities to pursue
• Lead pricing and customer negotiations
Manage Customer Relationships
• Serve as the primary point of contact for key accounts
