Key Account Manager - Mexico

We are looking for a commercially driven Key Account Manager (KAM) to lead and grow our modern trade and strategic retail accounts in Mexico. This role is responsible for revenue growth, trade execution, distributor alignment, and building long-term partnerships with major retail chains.

Responsibilities

• Manage and grow key retail accounts
• Drive sales, revenue, and market share
• Plan and execute promotions and in-store activities
• Negotiate pricing, promotions, and other commercial terms
• Coordinate with marketing, supply chain, and distributors

Qualifications

• 5+ years in key account / modern trade (FMCG preferred)
• Experience with large retail chains in Mexico
• Strong negotiation and commercial skills
• Able to travel within Mexico
