Salary: Up to ₹35,000 per month

Job Summary

We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Key Account Manager (KAM) to manage large-scale recruitment operations at the client site. The ideal candidate should have experience handling high-volume hiring, strong stakeholder management skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

·         Manage end-to-end Pan India hiring operations with a monthly hiring target of 500–600 candidates.

·         Act as the primary point of contact between the client and recruitment teams.

·         Monitor recruitment performance and ensure timely fulfilment of hiring requirements.
