Key Account Manager - Ecommerce | Business Unit – SCM | Location – Bangalore

Role Purpose

As a Key Account Manager (KAM) within the contract logistics division, you will be the dedicated strategic partner for our high-value e-commerce clients. You will act as the primary liaison between major e-marketplaces (e.g., Amazon, Flipkart, Meesho, Zepto) or D2C brands and our inter-nal operational teams. This role is a hybrid of strategic sales, new business development (NBD), and operational excellence, requiring both hunting new logos and farming exist-ing business while ensuring seamless service delivery across the supply chain.
