The Key Account Manager is responsible for managing and growing assigned key customer accounts, building strong customer relationships, and driving sales performance. This role works closely with cross‑functional teams, including Operations, Supply Chain, Finance, and Data, to ensure excellent customer service, achieve business targets, and identify opportunities for growth.
