Role Overview

The Key Account Manager will own the P&L, growth strategy, and execution across India’s leading e-commerce platforms—Amazon / Flipkart. The mandate is to move from marketplace participation to category leadership, driving sustained market share gains, superior visibility, and profitable growth.

Key Responsibilities

1. Growth Strategy, P&L & Platform Management

Own revenue, margins, and profitability across Amazon and Flipkart.

Execute a roadmap to achieve desired market share in luggage and backpacks.

Lead Joint Business Plans (JBPs) with platform category teams.

Secure premium visibility through banners, events, platform programs, and deal placements.
