Key Account Manager

We’re hiring | Fleet Consultant / B2B Key Accountant (Mexico City)

At Changan México, we’re growing our commercial fleet business and looking for a Fleet Consultant (ICE & New Energy) to join our Sales team.

This role is for someone with a strong commercial mindset and an active client portfolio, capable of selling vehicle fleets to companies and building long-term business relationships.

What you’ll do:

• Drive fleet sales (ICE & New Energy vehicles) in your assigned region
• Develop and manage relationships with corporate clients, leasing companies, and key accounts
• Identify business opportunities and generate proposals, quotations, and negotiations
• Manage full sales cycle: prospecting → closing → follow-up
• Coordinate test drives, demos, and client visits
• Maintain an updated pipeline and CRM discipline
• Provide product knowledge and guidance to clients
