Job Description
As a KAM your responsibilities are:
- Manage and develop a portfolio of key accounts in the retail and public sector.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.
- Identify new business opportunities and work on strategies to expand market presence.
- Negotiate contracts and agreements to achieve mutually beneficial outcomes.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery.
- Analyze sales data and market trends to inform decision-making and strategy development.
- Prepare and present regular reports on account performance and growth opportunities.
A successful KAM should have:
- Fluency in French, Dutch, and English, with excellent communication skills in all three languages.
