We are seeking a result-oriented Key Account Executive for a growing Learning & Development company to manage corporate clients, ensure successful program delivery, and drive account growth & retention. The ideal candidate should have strong experience in B2B relationship management, client servicing, and revenue growth within L&D / Training / EdTech / SaaS environments. Key Responsibilities: Manage and nurture assigned corporate accounts Act as the primary point of contact for client communication Ensure smooth execution of training programs Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities Track account performance and client satisfaction Coordinate with trainers and internal teams Handle renewals and contract negotiations Prepare account reports and MIS updates Requirements Strong Key Account Management experience B2B Client Relationship Management Knowledge of Learning & Development / Corporate Training industry Upselling & Revenue Growth Strategy Negotiation & Presentation Skills...
