KCB Bank Hiring Manager, Occupational Health, Safety & Environment (OHSE)

Reporting to the Senior Manager, Occupational Health, Safety and Environment, the role is responsible for implementing and monitoring the Group’s Health, Safety and Environment (HSE) management provisions and systems, ensuring compliance with statutory and internal policy requirements. The incumbent co-ordinates safety programs across the Group’s subsidiaries, and promotes a proactive safety culture through effective audits, inspections, and risk management initiatives.

Key Responsibilities; –

• Coordinate engagements with relevant internal and external stakeholders, such as internal OSH Committees, appropriate departments, external auditors, and relevant authorities to ensure effective implementation of Group HSE programs.
• Maintain and update the Group’s Legal Register and Safety manual to reflect current occupational health, safety, and environmental requirements...
