This role is part of the
Malaysia Marketing team
, supporting Malaysia marketing execution under the guidance of the Malaysia Marketing Lead, while
primarily providing backend e-commerce and marketing execution support for Singapore HQ
. The position focuses on
structured, SOP-based backend work
, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations across markets.

Work allocation:

• :70% Singapore backend support
• :30% Malaysia marketing admin support

Key Responsibilities

• Singapore Backend E-commerce Support (≈70%)
• Set up and maintain Shopify SG product pages (titles, descriptions, variants, images, tags)
• Execute price changes, discounts, and promotion setups based on campaign briefs
• Configure Shopify promotion apps (Buy X Get Y, bundles, free gifts, discount codes)
• Support backend setup for SG campaigns, launches, and sales events
