Role Summary
This role primarily provides backend e-commerce and marketing execution support for Singapore HQ while providing general admin supprot for Malaysia Team. The position focuses on structured, SOP-based backend work, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations across markets.

Work allocation:
• ~70% Singapore Ecom & MKT backend support
• ~30% Malaysia general admin support

Key Responsibilities
A. Singapore Backend E-commerce Support (≈70%)

• Set up and maintain Shopify SG product pages (titles, descriptions, variants, images, tags)
• Execute price changes, discounts, and promotion setups based on campaign briefs
• Configure Shopify promotion apps (Buy X Get Y, bundles, free gifts, discount codes)
• Support backend setup for SG campaigns, launches, and sales events
• Handle Lalamove bookings and basic delivery coordination
• Perform bulk edits, uploads, and replacements as required
