MISSION:
The Key Account Manager is responsible for managing and developing key accounts to ensure busines results , maintaining a long term relationship with customers and maximizing sales opportunities within them. Profitabilty and Share growth as key priorities- Achieve channel objectives set by the company.
MAIN PURPOSES OF THE JOB:
Operate as the lead point of contact for any and all matters specific to your customers Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships. Develop strong business plans for key customers with full year vision Negotiate trade terms Ensure perfect in-store execution of the plans Develop a trusted advisor relationship with key accounts, customer stakeholders and executive sponsors.
