Responsibilities

• Plan and coordinate service and installation assignments in the area of HVAC and refrigeration
• Optimize assignment disposition considering urgency, availability and resources
• First point of contact for customers regarding appointment scheduling and technical questions

Qualifications

• Completed technical basic training in building technology, HVAC, refrigeration or comparable field
• Experience in a coordinating or dispatching role preferred
• Structured, independent, and responsible work style
• Secure handling of common office programs and ideally ERP systems
