Kaizen Engineer

Primary Function:

• Generate plan, implement and monitor effectiveness of the project. Render support and assistance within his/her section and others in achieving the overall company goals and targets.
• Responsible for generating plans, implementing, and monitoring to ensure effectiveness of projects. Establishing motion improvements to reduce processing time without affecting quality.
• Support company-wide cost reduction project. Analyse and maintain capacity on assigned area as well as making plan and execution how to improve capacity.
• Conduct motion and time analysis in target processes.
• Conduct cost and benefit comparison for target projects.
• Supervises Process Improvement associate.
• Conduct Kaizen step 1 training to FSCT Employees, and promote and execute Kaizen mind culture development.

Minimum Requirements:

• BS Industrial Engineering Graduate.
