Required Skills
- Strong hands-on experience with Apache Kafka, Kafka Streams, Connect, and Schema Registry.
- Solid programming skills in Java / Spring Boot / Python / Scala.
- Experience with event-driven architectures, microservices, and distributed systems.
- Knowledge of Kafka monitoring tools: Prometheus, Grafana, Confluent Control Center, etc.
- Strong understanding of AVRO/JSON schemas and serialization formats.
- Good understanding of banking domain workflows such as payments, transactions, onboarding, or fraud.
