- Role Requirements:
- Candidates must have 5+ years of hands-on Kafka development experience (messaging: publish/subscribe, connectors).
- We are not looking for admin profile.
- Candidate must have good experience in integration tools.
- Exclude Kafka admins and Java developers with only integration experience.
- Architect-level profiles are not considered.
- Data Engineer/Analyst Profiles Only consider if they have hands-on Kafka messaging and connectors (not just streaming) and meet experience criteria.
