Justice Worker

As a Justice Worker, you’ll play a key role in supporting people involved with Justice Services by carrying out assessments, managing cases, and helping improve outcomes for individuals, families, and the wider community. You’ll work closely with partners across social work, health, education, police and the voluntary sector to ensure people receive safe, effective and person‑centred support.

What You’ll Do

You will be responsible for a range of tasks, including:

Coordinating and managing a caseload, using electronic recording systems accurately 

Assessing needs and risks, and contributing to more complex assessments 

Developing and contributing to case management plans 

Writing clear, informed reports with recommendations

Maintaining regular contact with service users
