Junior Warehouse Manager

• Assist in supervising and coordinating warehouse operations


• Receive, check, and accurately record incoming stock and materials


• Manage stock control processes including cycle counts, stock takes, and reconciliations


• Monitor stock levels and report shortages, damages, or discrepancies


• Ensure proper storage, handling, and rotation of stock (FIFO principles)


• Coordinate picking, packing, and dispatching stock to stores on time


• Liaise with suppliers, transport providers, stores, and internal teams


• Support warehouse staff, onboarding, and training of new employees


• Prepare operational and stock reports for management


• Assist with cost control, audits, and compliance with company policies and health & safety regulations
