Decotechs Software House is looking for a skilled and motivated Upwork Bidder to join our growing team in Karachi. If you have strong experience in Upwork bidding and client acquisition, this role is for you.

Position: Upwork Bidder
Experience: 2–3 Years of relevant experience
Location: Karachi – Shahrah-e-Faisal
Working Hours: 3:00 PM – 12:00 AM

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and grow Upwork profiles effectively
• Write customized and high-converting proposals
• Identify and bid on relevant projects daily
• Communicate with international clients and close deals
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth project handover

Requirements:

• Proven experience in Upwork bidding (2–3 years)
• Excellent written English communication skills
• Strong understanding of IT / software services
• Ability to work independently and meet targets
