Key Responsibilities
- Risk Assessment: Reviewing applications and supporting documentation to assess risk feasibility for personal or commercial lines.
- Policy Administration: Processing new business, renewals, endorsements, and cancellations within defined mandates.
- Documentation & Data Management: Collecting necessary documentation (e.g., incident reports, financial data) and capturing accurate data on systems.
- Client/Broker Liaison: Providing professional service, handling queries, and providing feedback to clients/brokers regarding the underwriting process.
- Compliance: Ensuring all policies adhere to company underwriting standards, policy wording, and regulatory requirements.
- Technical Support: Assisting with audits and preparing underwriting reports.
