The primary responsibility is to research, design, and refine learning assets that enable internal teams to build skills and perform at a higher level.

Research & Information Gathering

• Conduct in-depth research on industry trends, instructional design methodologies, behavioural skills, and functional competencies.
• Benchmark best learning practices from top organisations to improve training strategy and content quality.

Training Content Development

• Design training modules, workbooks, case studies, assessments, and microlearning content.
