Junior Test Manager

Job Responsibilities:


Understand project requirements and prepare test plans.
Create and review test cases and test scenarios.
Co-ordinate and perform testing (functional, regression, smoke testing).
Assign tasks to team members and monitor progress.
Track defects and follow up with developers for fixes.
Prepare daily/weekly status reports.  
Participate in client meetings.
Ensure testing is completed within timelines.
Support UAT (User Acceptance Testing).
