Job Responsibilities & RequirementsTo begin a career in structural steel detailing by supporting the technical team in producing drawings and documentation for fabrication and installation. This role is designed for a school leaver with A‑levels who is keen to develop technical, engineering, and construction skills through structured training and on‑the‑job learning.Key ResponsibilitiesLearn to read and interpret general arrangement drawings, specifications, and basic structural details with guidance from senior team members.Assist in producing fabrication drawings, call‑offs, and mark‑up drawings using AutoCAD and Tekla.Carry out drawing amendments and updates under supervision to reflect approved changes.Support the detailing team with document control, drawing issue registers, and project administration tasks.Develop an understanding of steel fabrication and erection processes.Ensure all work is completed in line with company procedures, quality standards, and relevant legislation.C...
