Job Description
International Call Group is currently seeking experienced Junior Team Leaders with a strong background in the insurance call centre environment. The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting agents, driving performance, and ensuring targets and quality standards are met.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and support insurance sales agents
- Monitor daily performance, productivity, and attendance
- Assist with coaching, training, and motivation of agents
- Ensure compliance with insurance regulations and company policies
- Achieve and maintain team sales targets
- Handle escalations and provide feedback to management
Minimum Requirements:
- Proven insurance call centre experience (non-negotiable)
- RE5 certification is an advantage
- Previous team leader / supervisory experience is an advantage
