Junior Team Leader

International Call Group is currently seeking experienced Junior Team Leaders with a strong background in the insurance call centre environment. The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting agents, driving performance, and ensuring targets and quality standards are met.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and support insurance sales agents
• Monitor daily performance, productivity, and attendance
• Assist with coaching, training, and motivation of agents
• Ensure compliance with insurance regulations and company policies
• Achieve and maintain team sales targets
• Handle escalations and provide feedback to management

Minimum Requirements:

• Proven insurance call centre experience (non-negotiable)
• RE5 certification is an advantage
• Previous team leader / supervisory experience is an advantage
• Strong communication and leadership skills
