- Manage the full recruitment cycle for junior to mid‑level roles: job intake, posting, screening, interviewing and follow‑up
- Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline through proactive sourcing and networking
- Conduct competency‑based interviews and assessments
- Advise hiring managers on selection, employer branding and market insights
- Ensure a smooth candidate experience and timely communication at every step
- Support onboarding processes for new hires
- Contribute to HR projects: employer branding, talent development, campus recruitment, process improvement
- A bachelor's or master's degree in HR, Psychology, Communication or similar
- A first experience (internship or job) in HR, recruitment or people‑related roles is a plus
