Job Description

What'll you do: 
Manage all coordination for all interviews, working across timezones & with complex scheduling requirements. 
You’ll ensure that our candidates and hiring teams have an excellent experience throughout the process
Coordinate and manage all travel for candidates where requiredCreate offer documentation for new hires and manage the pre-onboarding process, with incredible attention to detail
Become a systems expert and provide support to our TA and People teams
Conduct all necessary TA Operations tasks, including Background Check and expense reimbursement.
Develop and maintain reporting for our TA & People teams
Build and maintain documentation and education materials to outline TA Operations processes.
Handle any ad-hoc projects as required
Partner closely with a number of other teams to ensure a smooth and efficient process for our candidates and customers
