Junior System Operations Support Analyst

Key purpose:

We are looking for a Junior System Operations Support Analyst to join our Systems Operations (SysOps) team.

The SysOps team is responsible for monitoring and ensuring the high availability and high reliability of our critical operation systems. These systems are crucial to Merchant Capital to achieve their goals and be successful in todays fast-paced business environment.

The responsibilities of the System Operations Support Analyst include, responding to technical queries and issues, resolving problems in a timely manner, and providing technical recommendations.

To be successful as a System Operations Support Analyst, you should be able to flourish in high pressure situations, display excellent problem-solving skills, and have a solid knowledge of the inner workings of our critical operation systems.
