Junior Study Configuration Engineer (L1)

Svitla Systems Inc. is looking for a Junior Study Configuration Engineer (L1) for a full-time position (40 hours per week) in Colombia.

Experience in Healthcare, biotech, pharma is needed for this role.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, biotech or related field.
• Programming experience in Python(1-2 years)
• Professional technical support experience and strong communication skills are also essential.
• Industry experience of key product functionality (randomization, drug supply management, forecasting and natural language processing) is an asset.

Responsibilities:

• Provide 1st-tier technical support for production support issues.
• Responsible for the technical configuration of clinical studies.
• Develop custom logic code in Python to implement complex workflows.
• Write unit tests, help troubleshoot and resolve defects.
